BCRich Mockingbird is now stripped & polished up before attempting to repair the paint chips on the bottom edge & top horn. Fortunately the chips are in the solid black band around the edge of the body bordering the blue front and rear faces. Polishing with the air polisher has removed a good deal of the light surface scratches bringing her back to her former glory.
Stripping out the electrics revealed a pickup wire wrapped around a potentiometer & crushed beneath its washer. The other pot nuts were finger tight.
