This LAG acoustic guitar came in for restring. A custom gauge set is required as the tuning is going to be ;
Bb E B E B E & a capo at the 6th fret but only across five strings.
Using a string tension calculator & selecting phosphor bronze acoustic strings gauges 9,12,20,28,42,56 were selected as suitable for an even tension setup. Rotosound singles were purchased to create the set.
Aparently the inspiration for this tuning is English Folk musician Jon Boden.
