The Pioneer XDJ-700 has now had the cue & play button actuators & the micro switches below replaced. Quite expensive parts at a fraction under £30 for a plastic molding & a pair of 50pence micro switches 😔 but an essential repair for the unit to be used reliably.
Apparently a very common issue arising from a very poorly designed component part in a rather expensive device.
