The Marshall TSL100 now has 3 functioning channels again. The issues were all solder related although I did find a TO92 jfet floating around inside the chassis which could have been a candidate for the reported issue but turned out to be from a previous repair, cut out & accidentally left inside. Checking out this past repair it became apparent that the soldering was substandard & required a reflow on two of the three j174 transistors.
The second issue was failed soldering on the footswitch socket. The socket is secured to the PCB only by the though hole soldered legs which practically every leg had broken free. Reflowed & hot melt secured.
