Skipping CD player @shroprockdoctor this morning. This one is a favour for a friend. Suspected issue was insufficient lubricant on the transport rails & fortunately it was a good guess. Removal of the old grease & a fresh application seems to have cured the issue. Now on its 5th play through of Chris Rea Road To Hell & not missed a beat.
