New nut & a setup for the EVH in for tuning instability issues.
The owner supplied a Floyd rose locking nut which was initially going to be fitted but really doesn’t make for a straightforward fit as there isn’t sufficient space on the end of the neck/headstock to seat the metal nut.
It was agreed to first try a properly cut bone nut & setup to see if the problem could be resolved.
So far everything looks good.
