Just dropped in @shrop.rock.doctor this rather nice Ibanez GWB35 active fretless 5 string bass.
Owner reported intermittent output. Initial demo by the owner on delivery showed the output to be functional but jack plug movement had an effect. Potentiometer noise when adjusting also evident. 9v battery was also measured for voltage but proved the be adequate.
Time to open her up.
