Headstock repair on the Epiphone progressing at last @shroprockdoctor.
This is not a repair I was tooled up for until now, having had a machining fixture built. The top section with integrated router is indexable by 90 degrees to allow machining for nut installation too, instigated by having recently installed a Floyd rose locking nut on a Fender Stratocaster neck.
Now to make some hardwood splints.
