Fender Blues Deluxe came in a non operational state, powering on resulted in a constant buzzing.
Opening her up revealed the original factory installed IC filter capacitors, these being the most obvious culprit. Replaced with F&T caps and she came back to life. There is a requirement for replacement of the phase inverter & two other 12ax7 tubes as the installed ones are noisy.
