Not unusual for the SMPS in these Behringer units to fail, I have fixed loads. This one was the simplest fix, replacement of the two 470uf 25v electrolytic capacitors that sit on the board practically in contact with the spring clips that secure the transistors against the heatsink. The originals were 105° rated but still boiled off their electrolyte. This supply is in several of their 1u racks & is perfectly serviceable if you are comfortable repairing switching supplies.
