Another visit for Mr Wards 50th anniversary relic …

Another visit for Mr Wards 50th anniversary relic Stratocaster to have the black scratch plate swapped out for an aged white one. Humbucker recess required enlarging by a couple of millimetres & holes for pots needed opening out. Fixing holes near Bridge didn’t align to the existing holes in the body either 😭.
A little attention was given to the worn area too as the filler beneath the paint had started to lift around the exposed area.
Top horn strap pin required screw hole plugging & redrilling & finally a restring with Ernie Ball super Slinky 9-42 s.
