For anyone interested in the Gretsch G5622T switch replacement you do have to remove the neck pickup for access to the switch on this model. I have done other models though the f hole but there is not enough wire to reach on this one, so a few more screws & strings to slacken off, but probably easier overall.
Remember, surgical tubing is your best friend when operating on these hollow body guitars 😉
