TC Helicon Voicelive3 @shroprockdoctor for intermittent operation.
Powered via bench power supply (12dc 1A required) initial diagnostic revealed that after a few minutes powered on the display would blank except for the back light. Opening the casing didn’t reveal anything visually & component temperatures were not excessive.
The operating system resides on a flash memory card on the board rear so cleaned all contacts including the card. Reseated all interconnects & powered up again. All good after 30 minutes so reassembled to lock the heat in. Left on soak fot 2 hours then plugged in an acoustic guitar for 20 minutes.
Looks like it’s fixed.
